The CARD Shop is an exclusive online store by the Center for Autism & Related Disorders (CARD), designed for both our employees and customers.
Please email cardshop@centerforautism.com to request a replacement item. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged item.
No, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.
Points are earned based on your role and performance metrics (e.g., billable therapy hours, supervision hours, or pay periods worked). Eligibility and earning structure are outlined in the CARD Shop Program Guidelines.
No. Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed for items available in the CARD Shop.
No. Points are non-transferable and may not be shared or combined with another employee.
Points are forfeited upon termination of employment or movement to an ineligible position.
Eligible hourly Behavior Technicians, Certified Behavior Technicians, Senior Behavior Technicians, Behavior Technician Leads, Administrative Coordinator Technicians, Operations Coordinator Technicians, and Assistant Supervisors may redeem points for a paid day off in accordance with company policy and OM approval. All other roles are not eligible for PTO redemption through the points program.
Orders may be canceled if:
• Items are discontinued
• Inventory is unavailable
• You are no longer active or eligible
• The order violates program guidelines
• You do not have sufficient points for the order
Canceled orders will have points returned to your account where applicable.
